A well-established medical group near Albany, New York, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join its expanding Allergy & Immunology team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to practice within a highly collaborative environment supported by internal referrals, experienced clinical staff and shared onsite resources.
For an APP who wants to deepen their Allergy / Immunology expertise while building a long-term practice within a stable organization, this role offers an especially strong foundation.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient Allergy / Immunology position
- Evaluate and treat patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, immune-related conditions and other allergic disorders
- Perform comprehensive histories, physical examinations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs
- Administer and manage immunotherapy as appropriate
- Provide education regarding disease management, treatment plans and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with Allergists and other specialty providers
- Practice within established clinical protocols and quality standards
